Welcome St.
Crispin’s School is a mainstream, independent, co-educational school that caters
for children between the ages of 3 and 16 years old. We follow the full
Government curriculum from the Early Years Foundation profile, through Key
Stages 1, 2 and 3, ending with a full 2 year GCSE course. We have an
excellent academic record for the individual progress children make between the
Key Stage tests and GCSEs.
We
specialize in helping both pupils that are gifted and talented, and pupils with
dyslexia. Our maximum class size
is sixteen as we
strongly believe small class sizes ensure all pupils receive individual
attention. It is our belief that school life should be both positive and caring with all pupils achieving their best both academically and socially, as such our emphasis is on praise, and reward. St. Crispin’s School aims to encourage pupils to improve their own curriculum levels, have respect for each other, and to recognise that everyone is different. Children are encouraged to believe in themselves and to recognise their own ability, whilst at the same time acknowledging other children’s achievements. To arrange an appointment to talk to
Denise Lofthouse (Headmistress) about the opportunities that we can offer your child;
or to attend an Open Day, please phone the
school office between 8.30 and 5.00, Monday to Friday on 0116 2707648 or email
enquiries@stcrispins.co.uk
