School Fees 

Fees are payable on the first day of each term, or by pre-arranged standing order of twelve monthly instalments. The fee scales can be downloaded as a pdf [St Crispin's school fees September 2007 - August 2008.pdf].  Fees include textbooks, exercise books, milk, squash and biscuits. Any books lost have to be replaced by the pupils. GCSE pupils generally tend to use files and folders (provided by the pupils) dependent on the subject. Specialist GCSE/SATS text/workbooks are charged out. Excursions are charged at cost.  A sibling reduction of 10% in school fees is applicable when two or more pupils are in school at the same time and 25% for three or more children. The reduction applies to the younger child’s fees in all cases.  If one or more children withdraw from the school, the fees for the remaining pupils will revert to standard.

Interest Free Deposit
On completion of the application form an interest free deposit of £250.00 per pupil is payable, upon receipt of this, a letter of confirmation of a place in the school for the required term is confirmed subject to satisfactory references.  This deposit is refunded against the last term’s fees of the pupil assuming all accounts have been settled, all text books returned and a term’s notice given in writing.  It is non-refundable if the place is not taken up, or a child is asked to leave due to anti-social behaviour. 

Notice of Removal
A term’s notice in writing, or payment of a term’s fees in lieu of notice, is required before the removal of a child or the deposit is forfeited. Pupils requested to leave because of anti-social behaviour would result in the deposit and fees being non-refundable.

Insurance Scheme
Fees may be insured against absence of a pupil through illness or accident.  No remission of fees can be made for absence except for those covered by insurance.  It is recommended that the insurance scheme be taken up.
